Laced Spaces Branding
Interior Design and Home Decor

About
There is a moment most first-time homeowners know well. You have the keys. You have the budget. You open Instagram and suddenly every reference feels either out of reach or already overdone. Laced Spaces was built for that moment.

The Gap
The founders noticed something the industry had quietly ignored. Young professionals buying their first homes were not short on taste. They were short on guidance. Most studios catered upward, toward renovation budgets and bespoke briefs. Everyone else was left with flat-pack solutions and Pinterest boards that never quite translated. Laced Spaces stepped into that space. Design-literate, real-budget-friendly, and built around people who are figuring it out for the first time and want to do it right.
What We Were Asked to Solve
The service was already working. Clients were happy. Word of mouth was growing. But the brand looked like it had been assembled the same way a first apartment sometimes does: one thing at a time, without a plan. Nothing was wrong exactly. Nothing held together either.

What We Did
We started by sitting with the founders for a while. Not in a brief. Just talking. What came through clearly was that they cared less about making spaces look a certain way and more about making people feel capable inside their own homes. That distinction mattered. The name Laced Spaces already had something in it. Lacing is not decorating. It is the thing that holds structure and softness together. We built the identity around that. The logo carries two ideas at once: a house and a compass point. A place and a sense of direction. For someone navigating their first real home, that felt right. The palette is deep navy, warm white, and a restrained use of gold. Not to signal luxury but to signal care. These are colors that say someone thought about this. The voice we wrote for them is direct without being cold. It does not talk down, and it does not oversell. It sounds like the friend who actually knows about this stuff.
